Responsible for the Internal Management and Execution of all fabricated projects, both processes and personnel, from contractual handover through site arrival of the finished product. These phases include, but are not limited to, overview of procurement, logistics, man-hour/production/materials forecasting, QA/QC, shop safety, and shop and production efficiencies. Other responsibilities within this scope include management of Facility and Assets maintenance, project cost controls, maintaining an accurate Windows Dynamics system, as well as trouble shooting when required.
