Whether it be providing support, running a team, over seeing the management of an area of services, designing and leading on projects, being an active member of Senior Leadership Teams and designing frameworks that promote Audit and Policy. Personalising ‘off-the-shelf’ software/databases to deliver better assurance and automate a faster response to senior colleagues. I have a special focus on designing and delivering our BILD Accredited Restraint Reduction training standards program and provide mentoring to those who are training in Positive Behaviour Support.
