As a Construction Manager at Freese & Nichols, I provided bid and design phase services, code compliance services, constructability reviews, program management, resident representation and third-party construction contract administration. Construction Managers at Freese and Nichols are experts on alternate project delivery systems, and offer an array of online tools for construction project management. Additionally, we employed our program management experience to support our clients with implementation of major capital improvements programs (CIPs).

My primary function was assisting Project Staff and Superintendents to ensure that the work was planned, scheduled, estimated, understood and well documented. I was the interface between craft supervision, owners, vendors, subcontractors and members of the project team. I produced and analyzed cost reports and projections, developed-reviewed-transmitted submittals, organized and tracked all change orders, drafted Requests For Information, reviewed the project schedule and posted updates, kept up-to-date on project status and pertinent field activities, all while maintaining professional and working relationships with the owner, vendors, and our project personnel.
