Aloha, and thanks for visiting. My name is Matt, and I'm a photographer, educator, and professional people person.I followed my amazing wife to her home of Central PA in 2019, after spending ten years on the magical island of Kaua'i, Hawai'i. While in the islands, I was a professional photography educator, and tour guide. I taught and led landscape photography classes, workshops, and tours for ten wonderful years. Because of this, teaching became my first love in the professional world. My main goal for tour and workshop guests, was for it to be a lifelong memory for them, and I was incredibly successful in making that a reality. I can confidently say that I showed many thousands of people the beauty of the islands, taught them how to use their cameras and how to compose great images, and shared local history, language, botany, and culture with them. This love of interacting with the public, and my gift of teaching, lead me into a wonderful sales career when I relocated to Central Pa in 2019. My first job was working as a bartender for a truly wonderful craft brewery called Twisted Bine. While there, the owners came to know me as the person who made first time customers into lifelong regulars. My goal was to make everyone feel at home, and I was very good at it. I was also being trained to be a brewing assistant to our two master brewers, so as to move out of bartending, and more into the corporate world of craft beer. At one point, many of our staff were regulars of mine that we hired, because they loved TBBC so much!I was then offered a position at Breakaway Farms in Mount Joy, who could give me a steady job in the middle of the pandemic. My job as Market and Sales Manager was running our farmer's markets out in the Lehigh Valley, where we had thriving customer base. We sold pastured meats and craft charcuterie, and my goals of educating first time visitors, and turning them into lifelong regulars of our company were accomplished to great effect. Helping customers to be the 'hero' in their own culinary adventure, was such a truly rewarding feeling, and I have made many more hundreds of customers have become lifelong friends of mine. The company increased revenue and customer retention by over 30% while I was the manager. My love of teaching, and building lasting bonds with customers has translated into a deep love of sales.Expertise: Revenue Growth, Team Building, Educating, Customer Service, Problem Solving Brand Exposure, Customer Retention, Critical, Thinking, Direct Sales, Customer Relationship Building, Sales Growth, Culinary Expertise

OwnerMatthew Feeser Photography Jan 2011 - PresentLancaster, Pennsylvania AreaAloha! I've been shooting professionally for 11 years now. I moved to Central PA in 2019, after spending the last ten years living on the beautiful island of Kaua'i, in the Hawaiian archipelago. Being one of only several photographers on the island, the demand for work was high, and the types of photography needed were many. This forced me to specialize in many different styles of photography, including Landscape, Commercial, Real Estate, Food and Beverage, Weddings, Portraiture, Lifestyle, Travel, and many others. I look forward to working in the Northeast now that I've relocated to the mainland, and hope to partner up with any companies or individuals that share my love of the arts.

Lehigh Valley Market ManagerBreakaway Farms Sep 2020 - Jun 2022Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, United StatesAs the Lehigh Valley Market Manager at Breakaway farms, I lead a small team of sales associates in direct to consumer sales of fine meats and charcuterie across multiple markets in the Lehigh Valley. During peak seasons, I ran four markets of varying sizes, staffed by teams of varying sizes. This was a unique, and challenging position for a variety of reasons. Not only was I in charge of managing a team of sales people, selling and educating customers on product, but also I was loading heavy items, and driving a large truck and trailer hours away to set up and run my markets. I constantly alternated between being a meat cutter in the butcher shop, maintenance person for my truck, trailer, and various types of equipment, farm hand with our animals, manager of my teams, educator of my customers, and brand ambassador for the entire Lehigh Valley and beyond. My absolute favorite aspect of the job, was interacting with my wonderful customers. During my time at Breakaway Farms, I added thousands of loyal customers to our markets with my enthusiasm, obvious love of the product and company, and deep commitment to teaching each and every customer everything that I could about the product, butchery, cooking, and regenerative farming. Customers would back back month after month, telling me about how wonderful the dish that I'd taught them to cook had turned out, and how they had been the hero of their dinner party, or cookout. Education leads to strong relationships, and the vast majority of my clients also turned into close, personal friends. Sales came easy when my loyal customer base came back to markets, week after week, excited to see what new tips and tricks I had for them, what new sausages or cuts of meat to try cooking, and rarely worrying about the price they were paying. Direct to consumer sales, and education seem to be what I'm the best at in the corporate world, and this job put my skills on full display. I loved every single interaction I had, and sale I made. -
BartenderTwisted Bine Brewing Co. Jun 2019 - Nov 2021Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, United StatesHaving just relocated from Kaua'i, HI to Central PA, Twisted Bine was my first job back on the mainland. As lover of craft beer, I was immensely excited to work in the industry, but I didn't anticipate becoming part of a family in the processes. Chief among the long list of perks that came with this job, was the distinct privilege of working for the owners, Jamie and Susan. You will be hard pressed to find two more good, decent, and loyal people in this world. Working for them was an absolute dream, and if a pandemic hadn't halted my bartending career, I very well may still be. I soaked up information about beer, brewing, sales, local history, food and local culture.Bartending here was a fun, and fast paced job, that I enjoyed every moment of. Selling an excellent product is the dream of every sales person, and that was certainly the case with our two master brewers. My chief skill, as the owners quickly noticed and utilized, was my ability to connect on a deep level with virtually anyone. This is a skill born of a decade in the tour guide and photography workshop world in Hawaii. If people were visiting from out of town, I made sure that this stop was one that they would remember for years, and that they would always remember 'Our bartender pal Matt'. If visitors were local, my chief concern was turning them into regular customers, and I was wildly successful at that. Making people feel important, interesting, heard, and loved is something I have always excelled at. At one point, over half of our staff were former regulars of mine that we hired because they loved being there so much! I was also being trained in how to be as assistant brewer, which I very much enjoyed, with home brewing being a pastime of mine for over a decade. I have dozens of lifelong friends from this job, and I wouldn't trade the experiences for the world. If you're ever in Central PA, do yourself a favor and stop into Twisted Bine for a pint.

Head Tour GuideKauai Photo Tours Apr 2009 - Mar 2019Hawaiian IslandsI worked for this amazing company for 9 years on the magical island of Kaua'i. We specialized in providing "Photography Tours" for visitors of the islands. I would take groups of tourists out, show them amazing and often secluded locations, and then teach them how to take pictures of these places with whatever equipment or cell phones they had. I also ran portrait sessions, conducted group, and private classes, and was in charge of training the other guides as well as planning the tours themselves. This company became my family, the owners, my island parents, and it will always be that.
