This involved working at very high velocity with a dedicated squad to deliver meaningful products to customers, and included implementing a enterprise level marketing automation platform from ideation, vendor engagement and selection, through to production rollout. • Product design of high LVR and low deposit home loan solutions to both disrupt this segment and grow market share. • Product ownership of a major financial institutions appointment booking platform allowing customers to book home loan appointments at a branch, their home or over the phone with up to 1500 lenders nationally in real time. This involved working with a highly skilled Squad of 9 FTE both locally and internationally to bring stability and enhancements to the platform, to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Identifying, designing, and leading an optimisation strategy across a business of 91 FTE. This involved managing 7 project resources to execute on the strategy, working closely with stakeholders in Risk, HR, Product and the Executive leadership team.• Using data to identify issues and provide fact based analytics and solutions to senior leadership for decision making• 5 years spent in Frontline Lending, supporting customers with both their property purchases as well as in life maintenance. Effectively managed a portfolio of 200 customers in an ongoing relationship model.
