I am the director of, Fleming Dermatopathology, a private, full-service dermatopathology and immunodermatology laboratory. It is located in Milwaukee but operates nationally, with clients in many states and even outside the U.S. We take pride in the accuracy and detail of our interpretations and close attention to our clients' needs. We are also distinguished by innovative IT, directed at improved clinicopathologic correlation and customer service. We can connect seemlessly to any EHR and have our own unique web-based software and smartphone apps.

As voluntary faculty, I conduct a dermatopathology class for derm residents twice per month.

I was a full-time faculty member in the Departments of Dermatology and Pathology at MCW. I was the director of dermatopathology and immunodermatology labs, and also worked as a clinical dermatologist and researcher. My research primarily involved image analysis of dermatoscopic images.

I work as a dermatologist at Froedtert Health's Town Hall Road site in Menomonee Falls. I practice general dermatology. As I am a dermatopathologist as well as dermatologist, I am particularly interested in seeing patients with complex inflammatory and neoplastic conditions which require careful clinicopathologic correlation.
