I am currently working as a Senior Project Officer, reporting directly to the Senior Director for Governance and Risk. In addition to providing executive support for high level administrative matters, I coordinated and implement projects that arise as part of the management of this unit, which is driving the implementation of the Recommendations of the Capability Review and preparing for the adoption of the new Aged Care Act (Commonwealth).I am passionate about public administration, effective regulation and governance, specifically within the health and social services fields. I have proven experience (i) in intelligence and investigative roles in statutory compliance across numerous sectors, (ii) front-line service delivery roles with vulnerable members of the public, including case management and clinical work (please see CV), (iii) complaints management and handling, and in (iv) project support and coordination in the implementation of policy reform. I am currently studying tertiary level studies in public policy at the University of Queensland (UQ).
