Worked their customer service department for most of my time there, but had many jobs through out my employment. I handled their phone calls, product orders, and communications with sales reps.

Worked with the company's software turning plan printed documents into web base responsive design statements. Traveled the country to talk with clients to help sell our product. Made designs in Photoshop for demos. Helped make graphics to use in PowerPoint Presentations and demos. Worked both on teams and alone to get my projects done.

I worked all over the factory. I would inventory and package up the product and get it ready to ship. I had to keep the warehouse organized. I kept track of all incoming and out going shipping to local and international customers. I did the data entry and managed spread sheets for our product. Then did some of the smaller jobs, like answer phones, restock.

I worked the front desk and did what ever I could to help the patients. Mostly this entailed making appointments and taking messages for the doctors. Also I would work with their insurance companies to get referrals or authorizations for other doctors or testing. I would even help the patient out to the car if they need more assistance.
