•Report directly to the CEO and VP of Security on day-to-day operations of Vancord's Security division.•Manage a team of Security Engineers as well as interns. In January of 2014 I have been promoted to Project Manager for TBNG Consulting. I direct internal and client resources to scope, assess and implement IT projects. This includes the role of being a pre-sales engineer to form solutions for clients and assist the sales team. I am responsible for keeping projects within budget, generating metrics, and improving the business process as it pertains to project work.I also will work as part of the implementation team on projects to deploy configurations, equipment, and provide expert level consulting.

My responsibilities have included:-System Engineer II: I am responsible for senior level support as well as executing IT projects in the SMB and Small Enterprise space. High Profile Projects:-Successfully implemented multi-datacenter failover for Exchange.-Successfully implemented global VPN, Backup, File Sharing, Application Delivery, and Active Directory for a leading music company.-Achieved same-day turn ups on many VMware deployments.-Assisted a team on the implementation and design of a city-wide Metro Ethernet deployment using OSPF routing protocols and VoIP optimization using local Layer 3 switches. -Experience with 911/CAD systems-System Architect: I engage in pre-sales engineering with clients to determine IT solutions based on costs, requirements, and design goals.
