As Senior Application Specialist, I will still be involved with my previous duties, but also will be leading our tech team with emphasis on on-site support for installations & training (bigger focus on industrial equipment), remote support for any technical troubleshooting, and develop resources for our website, socials, facility, and events. I am looking forward to growing this leg of our company as our capabilities expand for commercial and industrial wide format printing as well as continuing education on cutting edge technology.

As Application Specialist, I provide demonstrations, installation, & training for the wide format printing equipment we offer our clients. I also provide intermediate technical support (level 2), maintain our Showroom & Sample Resource Center, diligently further our ICC Profile Library, and continue sales support as needed to our WONDERFUL sales team. In addition, I will begin a focus on finishing solutions such as lamination, cutting, trimming, and stretching.

I am an account manager on the sales team to help provide systems, supplies, and support to our clients who are in the large format printing industry.

In-House magician for demonstrations, product sales, client development, convention dealer, and all-time opening act for our "Masters of Magic" summer series. (Not to mention self-admitted "Card Guru")
