I retain an interest in a number of technical areas - systematic financial trading, high performance computing, computer programming from the point of view of an equity holder and coordinating large technical projects amongst motivated individuals. I enjoy complex mathematical and statistical business strategies.I would describe my knowledge and experience as wide with areas of significant specialisation. This is a consequence of having been involved in new businesses for the majority of my career. During the course of my career I have devised, co-founded and managed a hedge fund business that was a pioneer in electronic trading and was for long periods in the top twenty accounts globally by fixed income turnover. More recently, I have developed a novel approach to the web browser and have started a business that seeks to exploit this technology.
