Real estate is my passion. Looking at a given parcel of land and envisioning what it could become is what motivates me - to re purpose and re create is a mantra that within the city core must now be embraced by our development industry given the tight supply of developable lands. I have been a registered real estate sales person specializing in land development and large acreage sales since 2001. I began a home building career in 2006 and was the Vice President of development for Renaissance Fine Homes until 2015. I specialized in HERITAGE RE DEVELOPMENTS and became very immersed in the heritage culture and circles of policies and guidelines for projects that qualify for heritage grants and permission for re development. The heritage process is a process that is ever evolving and will continue to be a necessary function of development within the city core given out dwindling land supply.Currently my focus is on land assemblies in the city vote for high rise missed use Developments ranging from 20M to 80M In aggregate acquisition. I assist With pro formas and due diligence discoveries in order to assist my clients within their due diligence period. I am a member of urban land institute and regularly attend land pro conferences and seminars to keep myself abreast of our ever changing political climate with respect to land use planning.
