With a broad background in corporate and securities law, I help clients form, fund, grow and exit their businesses.My practice also includes advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate governance matters. I also advise nonprofit organizations in a variety of matters including governance and lifecycle events such as mergers, affiliations and dissolution.I’ve contributed to the drafting of several of Connecticut’s business entity laws as well as the American Bar Association’s Model Nonprofit Corporation Act.
