I've been feverishly moving about IT systems stacks in the restaurant industry for nearly 8 years. During that time I've taken point of managing helpdesk personnel lifecycles, providing answers to non-technical business owners, and being a hands on problem resource in the trenches of the hospitality industry. I've worked coast to coast with family run Hawaiian places to large scale pizza franchises and have developed sharp as nails skills with Aloha in the process.My recent time with Qdoba has been about broadening these skills to provide wholesome and expedient IT support for a corporate environment. My love of challenging problems encourages rapid learning in all facets of the IT sphere, from managing asset lifecycles, to developing robust server architecture, to building secure networks. I'm not just establishing firewall rules and VLAN settings, I'm ducking under desks to run cable, I'm in front of VIPs at meetings making sure they look and sound great in conference rooms, I'm writing company wide emails to explain why our loyalty system is out and what we're doing about it. I'm crafty in O365, sharp at developing automation, and always here to make technology part of the everyday.Off-shift I design and play tabletop roleplaying games and go on long hikes.
