I enjoy developing new products and ideas by tying together all business functions by using Sales and Marketing information to guide Engineering development efforts to allow efficient Manufacturing of high quality products for company growth according to 1, 3, & 5 year plans. Having experience at a detailed level in all departments in many industries, a strong Lean background, and combining that with my Engineering and Physics background has resulted in many patents and innovative successful product launches. My project planning is performed with very effective Product Development tools to deliberately ensure things like customer wants, manufacturing needs, and potential pitfalls are clearly identified and constantly monitored and acted upon. Doing this well with everyone’s involvement reduces stress levels of the team and promotes more creativeness and motivation which in turn has proven to drive business results.
