• Successfully managed 20+ sourcing initiatives through the Ariba e-sourcing platform with a total spend of ~370MM across the following categories: Paper Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Fresh Ingredients, Commodities, Logistics, & MRO, • Created an analysis in the fresh ingredient space utilizing the excel solver add-in to help optimize the current portfolio of the Campbell grower network. The project led to a 3% cost avoidance from the previous year scenario on a total spend of ~80MM• Assisted in the creation of the Corrugated, PET, & MRO category strategies by adding the following insights: spend analytics, business continuity, market research, current contracts, SWOT analysis, etc.• Led a project on analyzing the Packaging High Risk Categories and created a Supplier Risk Scorecard to discover the categories that needed to be resourced by cross functional stakeholders to help mitigate supply risk• Supported negotiations in the Flexible Packaging RFP by creating a tool within excel that can delegate volumes, show coverage, and account for added savings potential that led to a savings of 15% on 24MM in spend• Responsible for on-boarding and training new sourcing analysts in the following tools and processes: 7-step Strategic Sourcing Process, SAP, Ariba Suite, CLM, Pricing Analysis, Enabler Reporting, etc.• Participated in 30+ negotiations across Ingredients, Packaging, and Indirect Procurement• Led a global collaborative sourcing initiative across 30 manufacturing sites with another large food manufacturing company that resulted in 25% hard savings and inspired further collaborative sourcing initiatives and benchmarking relationships• Developed the F20 Sourcing Calendar to define the scope of sourcing initiatives and the addressable/non-addressable spend in the coming year• Supported weekly cross-functional enabler meetings by tracking and reporting on all savings projects in the pipeline for both Ingredients & Packaging

- Optimized the Warehouse pick process by developing a multi-order Match Tool in excel that combines similar orders to then be picked together on walkie-riders that have multiple pallet capabilities. This led to ~12% time efficiencies in the overall pick process -- Completed a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) project over the course of a 5-month training and presented the final project the Senior Zone Logistics Director and high-level managers - Created high level analysis documents for an SKU Rationalization project that broke down different types of Supply Chain Loss due to SKU’s that were dumped and had little/no share of the business - Controlled inventory levels at the Wholesale level by analyzing supply to generate shipments and fill/consolidate light loads while on my rotation with the Business Service Center- Successfully completed Six Sigma Green Belt, White Belt, and OSHA trainings
