I am passionate about building world-class learning opportunities for students and educators. Having worked at the intersection of learning, executive recruitment, and educational technology for many years, I'm passionate about connecting learning outcomes to the professional outcomes today's learners need in order to justify the high cost of higher education. Universities and private sector employers need each other more than ever in order to stay competitive, yet their organizational structures are increasingly at odds with one another. Businesses struggle to find both hard and soft skills in early-career talent that they need but simultaneously struggle to develop those skills in their own teams due to a lack of capacity and institutional will to invest in people. Universities are well-positioned to make those types of labor-intensive investments but are oftentimes far slower to evolve with the needs of the market at a time where business evolves far more quickly than we've ever seen before.Employers and universities alike are in need of bridge-builders capable of creating shared language and outcomes for today's students who will become tomorrow's business leaders. My professional interest is working with progressive organizations willing to invest the time and resources into producing sustainable, scalable educational outcomes that lead to professional success.
