Since finishing education at school I then applied and finished further courses to increase my knowledge in Sports. At the age of 17 my goals were to become and Sports Coach/P.E teacher which led my extra years at both Stafford College and Staffordshire University. Whilst completing my years of extra education and gaining a 2:1 degree in Sports Development and Coaching, I then went on to working in two separate schools. After my years in the education sector and also leisure sector as a fitness instructor, I then had a complete change of career.This change was to go and work for a local company called Bostik. When starting my career at Bostik, March 2017, I began on the shop floor, working shifts and operating machinery. After 8 months in this role I applied and succeeded in gaining a role as a Technical Advisor at Bostik which required me to offer technical guidance on building queries and Bostik product queries via email or phone. This role also involved attending team meetings and presenting product knowledge to outside companies and Bostik employees from overseas.This role enabled me to shine and show my personality, which I can proudly state is confident as well eager to learn, grow and develop. These skills as well as others and also fantastic customer reviews led to me being offered to apply for an Area Sales Manager role at Bostik in the Building and Consumer division. During this second promotion in 2 years I have also began a course with BMS Performance to improve my performance and qualities as an Area Sales Manager.
