I am a well organised and motivated Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical contracting, electrical maintenance, and electrical testing. My current position allows me to provide the technical delivery of electrical compliance services such as Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) inspection and testing, and feasibility studies that provide detailed power quality reporting. Dealing with publications such as Electricity at Work Act 1989, BS7671, IET Guidance notes and HTMs, I keep myself up to date with current standards and technologies. Working with blue chip companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, British Gypsum and many NHS Trusts, I have experience not only in the field of electrical engineering, but also contract management, accident investigation and technical report writing. As a confident public speaker, I have delivered technical seminars on subjects such as regulation requirements for medical locations, EVSE and Surge Protection Devices (SPDs). I enjoy sharing knowledge and have delivered City and Guilds training to a number of students, specifically C&G 2382 18th Edition courses. I am professionally registered to Integrated Engineer (IEng) and a member of both the IET and IHEEM institutions. I hold the position of IHEEM East Midlands branch Secretary. I am currently working towards Professional Registration to CEng and have a keen interest in developing my skills in Healthcare Engineering.
