I was responsible for training new warehouse employees in picking at Denmark's largest refrigerated warehouse. The training was conducted in both English and Danish, depending on the employees' language skills.The training consisted of:📌 Leading a training on safety and behaviour in the workplace.📌 Instructing employees on how to operate both the work vehicles and the software used for the job.📌 Explaining the tasks employees will encounter when carrying out a picking order and guiding them to fulfil these orders.📌 Ongoing mentoring at the end of the induction programme to ensure employees were confident in their roles and got off to a good start.

Was responsible for the chocolate mixing department, which included executing mixing orders according to production schedules, receiving incoming goods and maintaining the relevant documentation for stock levels and health and safety requirements.

My main responsibility was to secure the profitable market-share growth of my sales territory.This was achieved through:• Designing customer-specific business plans and continuously optimising these towards the ideal strategic mix, in accordance with head office strategy.• Using analysis of market data and customer insights as to the basis for all decision-making activities.• The development and expansion of trusting and sales-focused relationships with customers in my portfolio.• Following a disciplined focus towards continual improvement, using Deming’s PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
