Hi, My name is Matt Gow.i am currently studying in my second year of a bachelor in property and real estate / commerce at Deakin University.During this time i have been doing casual work as a laborer for Garden Guardians, a commercial grounds maintenance business who works with clients such as Fremantle Media. This Job has taught me resilience in the work place as well as a degree of communication skills as it requires to me listen to the needs of the clients as well as my boss. i have also previously worked doing outdoor furniture deliveries and some visual merchandising, in this role i learnt how to take initiative as well as further develop my communication skills when delivering to customers.my future aspirations is to enter the property industry in a role such as property management, valuation or development, as these are the job roles which have sparked my interest the most, i believe that with the skills that i possess and the type of work environment i enjoy, these roles will be rewarding and enjoyable in the long term.i look forward to completing my studies at Deakin to the best of my ability and expanding my knowledge in the property industry.
