Planning AD schema changes ETC.Normal AD duties, including creating users, removing users, changing passwords, managing shares and permissions, configuring and managing GPOs, troubleshooting of daily issues and problems.Managing and maintaining Exchange 2010 environment of around 3000 users.Daily duties include creating and removing mailboxes, managing delegated access, managing shared resources. setting up of mobile vices including use of BES.Maintenance and setup of 3rd party hosted environments including Office 365 (with and without Azure integration) and Google Apps. Implementation and management of network resources such as shared drives and printers. Implementation and maintenance of backup solutions and file protection, such as DFS and shadow copy. Maintenance and support of Citrix environment, including daily duties such as creating and assigning desktops, login issues, environment issues ETC. Management of all network hardware, such as Cisco routers and firewalls, managed switch equipment, WAPs and NAS devices. VOiP phone maintenance and daily support. Support of 3rd party software, including CRM systems, contact databases, mass mailing systems, workflow systems and inventory applications.
