Mr. Greenlaw’s duties included collecting actionable and time-sensitive information used to target and capture high level AQ and Sunni Extremists, assuring safe and humane treatment of hundreds of Detainees in accordance with FM 2-22.3 and DOD Directive 3115.09, and preparing and assuring quality control of all Detainee data and CIZA documentation for his particular out-station. On a daily basis, Mr. Greenlaw briefed command element(s) on targetable information and made recommendations for each detainee assigned to his and junior interrogators that reflected the best interests of the JTF and Iraq as a whole.
