Responsibilities include: Analyzing properties, loan files and borrowers to determine workout and/or disposition strategies for loans in a CMBS environment through analysis and recommendation to executive management.Managed up to thirty loans with a total exposure over $175 million while successfully keeping up with reporting requirements and targets for loan workouts.Provide analysis for management to determine reposition strategy for REO assets and implement redevelopment of properties based upon recommendations.Oversee the management for over $70 million across 6 hotel assets primarily in Florida; by continuing to analyze market conditions versus property financial performance and recommending strategy to executive management regarding potential reposition strategies.Direct attorneys during loan workouts, foreclosures and develop bankruptcy strategies.

As a self-employed real estate professional I managed a company that developed properties and provided consulting services to lenders and property owners. Purchased and redeveloped properties; Managed tenants in commercial and residential properties.Negotiated a contract to provide services for a servicer of mortgage backed securities.Negotiated workout arrangements on commercial loan obligations.Managed a redevelopment project of a 45,000 square foot warehouse during a loan workout.

Director of Acquisitions and Business Development for Mooring Tax Asset Group, a joint venture between Trotter Kent, Inc. and Mooring Financial Corporation.
