Matthew Gregan graduated from Shippensburg University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in communications/journalism. During his four years at Shippensburg, he was the assistant sports editor of SU's newspaper, The Slate, while also interning his final two years at the Shippensburg News-Chronicle. During his senior year, he also was a student worker for the Shippensburg University sports information department. Gregan has covered numerous sporting events, including the 2018 NCAA Division II field hockey tournament in Pittsburgh. After his May 2020 graduation, he started writing for Sports Talk Philly and soon became their 76ers Editor.
