Led integration efforts as a member of senior leadership team to create a roadmap and implementation plan for the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2022. Identified project roadblocks, timeline risks, and created mitigation plans to facilitate project success. Prioritized activities to ensure progress towards implementation plan milestones and congressionally-mandated legislative requirements.Facilitated ‘blue-sky thinking’ strategy work sessions to explore strategic pathways and opportunities to prevent future pandemics.Served as Deputy Project Leader supporting the Deputy Secretary of Health to create and implement a roadmap that modernized health quality performance measures across the United States.Developed business case for a prototype predictive analytic tool to assist medical providers in determining the likelihood of an injured or ill service member returning to active duty within a specified timeframe. Engineered mathematical models describing the financial impact that utilization of the prototype would have in terms of cost savings and unit readiness implications.Established the vision and overall structure of an enterprise-wide logistics management initiative as part of an effort to reduce spending on a $9 billion asset sustainment and maintenance portfolio while simultaneously retaining a high degree of asset readiness. Conceived a new, virtual organization responsible for emerging technical capabilities based on private sector logistics and supply chain management best practices. Delivered a contextualized business model for how this organization would provide value to already existing distributed logistics operations.
