• Main contact for IT Support for the Port Clinton and Toledo facilities in Northwest Ohio.• Willingness, and ability to travel for onsite support at other facilities, when needed.• Supplying remote support to end users worldwide, other facilities across North America, and occasionally Europe and South America.• Utilization of Zendesk as our main ticketing system for any IT requests.• Microsoft 365 Account Administration• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki networking equipment (ex; Switches and APs)• Scheduling with other departments, as well as contractors for project work (ex; Camera & NVR Installation, Network Cabling, Automated Gates & Doors)• Helping to adapt network communications between separate buildings to establish reliable network access at the newly acquired building. This also includes setup of new networking hardware, such as APs and Switches, and tying into a pre-existing network infrastructure to ensure connectivity to offices, and throughout the plant via Wireless.• Deployment of a Microsoft Teams room within the new building, acquired by the company. This project entailed: Collaborating with Maintenance to complete a Projector Screen, Projector Ceiling Mount, and Logitech Rally Bar installation; Scheduling with our Telecommunications contractor for Network Cabling installs; Projector Installation and Configuration, hanging of Logitech Rally Mics, Setup of Logitech Tap, AV Cart and Equipment, and proper cable management for a professional look.• Miscellaneous hardware and software support for specific applications within the facilities (ex; Door Controller Access, Camera Software support, IP Phone Configuration & Updating, CAD Drawing updates (equipment type and location related), etc…)

● Configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting PCs throughout the facility for an array of purposes (Online Printing, Data Collection, Testing, etc…).● Creating Batch Files to help with automating tasks and system configurations (ex: changing interface names, setting IP, DNS, and NetBIOS information on interfaces, Auto-Login information, stopping Windows Updates from running during off shift hours, etc…).● Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment within the facility (Scanners, Industrial Printers, Networking Equipment, etc…).● Configure, troubleshoot and update Cisco IE2000 Industrial Switches, as well as maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco 2960X and C9200L switches through the Console, and SSH Interfaces.● Creating proper documentation to share with co-workers, and other employees throughout the facility who may potentially interact with the equipment.● Creating images of certain PCs to allow for quicker deployment of other like systems as well as recovery for a corrupted or inactive system.● Troubleshooting Network Connectivity issues; test, check, and terminate cables, and check port information using a Fluke LinkRunner and other Fluke Networking Tools.
