All three primary projects have shown an early potential for success with the Novel Media Development reaching a 300% increase in expression in less than a year, a custom alternative media source is being developed, and reduced levels of media are showing comparable growth and increased expression. • Execute Reverse Phase HPLC, HIC and IEX chromatography on ATKA systems, and TFF filtration.• Trained newly formed Manufacturing Technologies (now Bioprocess Technical Operations) on the complete upstream manufacturing process. This includes use of autoclaving, shake flasks, incubators, and 15L fermenters.
