A member of the technical team at JCOM. I am responsible for building relationships with our clients, both on a personal and technical level with a view to understanding their requirements and designing bespoke solutions aimed at helping them develop their IT infrastructure and business.Responsible for ongoing project management, both in the planning and implementation phase across multiple facets of IT service, including:Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture and Distributed Systems Management, Application Design Reviews, Storage and Data Modeling and Migration, Data Center Consolidation, Data Backup, Operations Review and Managed Care ServicesIT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practicesITIL Service Delivery areas of Service Level, Availability, Capacity, Financial, and IT Service Continuity ManagementBusiness Based Capacity PlanningBusiness Impact Assessment and Business Resumption/Disaster Recovery

IT manager of a cross platform Mac and Windows server and desktop environment spread across multiple sites.Responsible for ongoing budget planning and planning projects alongside and within those constraints. Initially charged with rebuilding an unstable infrastructure and transforming it in to a stable platform upon which the company could build and strategise. The scope was to turn the Dewynters IT infrastructure in to something that could be used as an advantage over our competitors and become the focal point of digital based campaigns.The existing IT team was built upon and became more and more key to the companies successes whilst also collaborating closely with the digital and creative departments to ensure they were gaining the most they possibly could from the technology at their disposal.
