As the District Technology Director at Jonesboro Grade School, I oversee the IT infrastructure and support for the entire district, ensuring smooth and secure operations, user satisfaction, and compliance. I have over 6 years of experience in the IT field, including customer service, network administration, and system administration roles.I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, where I graduated with a 3.8 GPA and was inducted into SNLS. I also have four Associate of Applied Science degrees in various computer-related fields from Shawnee Community College, and a Google IT Support Certificate from Coursera. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I am currently working toward getting Google and Microsoft certifications.
