I am currently working as an Assistant Sports Scientist at West Bromwich Albion with their academy, and as a part-time Strength & Conditioning Coach at University of Nottingham Sport; with Badminton, Men's Football, Women's Rugby Union and Korfball. Prior to this, I completed a Strength and Conditioning MSc at Leeds Beckett University. Throughout my MSc, I worked as an S&C Intern with the Leeds Rhinos Scholarship programme and as an S&C coach with the University of Leeds, coaching men’s and women’s football, waterpolo, athletics and men’s lacrosse.Previously completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, in which I wrote my dissertation on the prevalence and reasoning behind CrossFit injuries, in which achieved a first class mark.Currently training as an Olympic Weightlifter. Previously played American Football for the BUCs premiership team, Leeds Beckett Carnegie. Former experience playing rugby union during my undergraduate years, including first team experience.
