As Operations Director at CIA Fire & Security Group, I am responsible for the day to day running of both CIA Fire & Security LTD based in Cirencester and the recently acquired Gloucester based Micro-Vision Fire & Security Ltd.My passion lies in driving the business forward and continuously improving the client experience. Through making use of new technology, I have helped launch engineer IT programmes and helped to develop bespoke security software. This is to ensure clients are kept informed and their expectations are exceeded.I have played an integral role in the continued growth of CIA. I have experienced every role within the business and understand every aspect. I am now responsible for some of the company’s most prestigious clients. I have managed to develop great relationships with these clients through hard work, determination and enthusiasm for providing the best service possible. By remaining as account manager to these clients, I try to set the standard for my team.Apprenticeships are a key part of the CIA experience and the company is proud to say that several of the team’s senior figures originally started in this way. I was the original engineer apprentice and due to years of successful engineering apprenticeships, we have expanded the company's programme to include office based Business Administration Apprenticeships and Customer Service Apprenticeships.The aim at CIA is to provide the client with one security systems provider at the highest possible standards.I have been instrumental in bringing this to fruition. One of my first accomplishments in the management team was to gain NSI Fire Gold accreditation in 2006, the highest award in Fire Alarm Installation and Service. Later in 2009, the Gate Automation Team was added to the companies list of services and shortly afterwards we gained CAME Gold Installer status, the premier award from the industry’s leading manufacturers.
