Skills can be learned. I have 22 years experience, working within a fast paced, food manufacturing plant. I love to focus on continuous improvement and diagnosing bottle necks, within my area/process. I can work equally well, on my own or as part of a team. I often communicate with the management team and in cross sectional groups, in which I feel comfortable, talking and communicating about the current landscape of our businesses.
