Small Cell & Fiber Solutions Project ManagerResponsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Small Cell and Fiber installation(s) including; budget management and oversight, reporting to both internal and external Executive Management Teams, forecasting, vendor selection and award, construction, facilitation of meetings with local utility companies, assist in coordination between jurisdictions and governing entities for access to Public Right of Way, coordinating internal cross functional teams [Legal, Real Estate, Government Relations, Executive Sales Team], and management of internal construction managers and project coordinators.Large scale Wireless Small Cell deployments/densification including Carrier 4G/5G equipment installation and fiber construction including both underground and aerial fiber.Short and Long haul Dark/Lit Fiber projects for Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers with largest project encompassing 76 KM of new fiber installation

Sales Manager responsible for facilitating Carrier lease on AT&T’s Distributed Antenna Systems [DAS] for both in building and venue in the Northeast region of the U.S.Involved from contract pricing and equipment design to on air notification including:- Solicit carriers for interest in joining AT&T owned DAS networks.- Prepare/present pricing and assist with contract negotiations as needed.- Build Customer relations- Determine one time capital contribution in addition to monthly operating charges through assessment of previous budget/capital and inclusive of new Carrier construction and equipment cost(s)- Work with both AT&T and Carrier engineering and construction teams to finalize the design requirements and pricing necessary to fulfill the new customer’s request.- Review and ensure all contract exhibits are accurate in conjunction with the lease writing team.

Responsible for construction and installation proposal and engineering of DAS and WIFI networks. Reviewed designs and developed proposals for projects.Created Scope of work, BOM, Material, Construction cost/price, timelinesContract and coordination of subcontractors as needed.Weekly calls and reporting with customer from award to project completion.Provided technical support to field teams.Final owner of all test results, OTDR, PIM, Sweep, etc. to ensure that DAS installation meets proposed design and projected improvements/resultsResponsible for all Close out documentation including As-Built, test records, installation photo packages, etc.
