Developed and oversaw a rapid deployment program for US Army Europe ensuring effective and timely response to emergencies for more than 30,000 service members in more than a dozen European nations with a budget of more than $30M. Oversaw the Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection program for more than 50,000 US personnel in seven countries resulting in zero incidents during a complex and evolving security situation in Europe. Coordinated with national level military organizations and foreign governments for planning complex, multinational exercises and competitions. Built and oversaw the organizational inspection program ensuring compliance with all national and local regulatory requirements.

Developed strategic plans to provide optimal services and support to the Fort Bragg, NC community of more than 250,000 service members, civilian employees and family members. Led a Mechanized Infantry Company and Logistical Support Company of 250 employees, more than $85M worth of US Army equipment and facilities and an annual budget of more than $1M. Developed and optimized a program to provide all transportation requirements for 20 US Army Infantry School courses with an annual throughput of 20,000 Soldiers by scheduling 80 vehicles and 30 drivers. Oversaw the maintenance of more than 200 diverse vehicle types. Planned and executed all logistical requirements for the US Army Bradley Master Gunner course – the US Army’s premier Mechanized Infantry training certification.

Directed operations for an organization of more than 700 military and civilian employees charged with the duty to provide all Mechanized Infantry training for the US Army and all transportation requirements for more than 20,000 service members of the Fort Benning, GA community. Planned and executed numerous, multi-million dollar exercises and demonstrations for military leaders, civilian dignitaries and the local community. Planned, coordinated and synchronized all resource requirements for five subordinate organizations covering six US Army level courses, new equipment training and emerging technology testing.
