Camp Lee Mar is a private residential camp for children and teenagers with disabilities. Campers are from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds, coming from all over the United States, and many different countries. Campers enjoy traditional camp activities plus academics, speech and language therapy, music and art therapy, and daily living skills learning. As a general counsellor I was directly responsible for the daily activities of my campers, alongside their social and emotional well-being.
