Manage customer relationships ensuring successful implementation of CO2 AI's software and customer's sustainability initiatives

Participating in Cohort 6 of the Climatebase Fellowship, the climate career accelerator. I am focusing on enhancing my knowledge across a wide-range of climate topics while building community with other climate-motivated professionals.

- Corporate sustainability survey: Developed and deployed a comprehensive survey using a B2B survey platform which polled 1,800+ large companies, representing ~40% of global emissions, to assess progress and financial impact of decarbonization efforts and draw insights to support BCG client’s decarbonization- Corporate sustainability survey: Led efforts across BCG marketing teams to distill insights from survey data on Net Zero strategies into a white paper which summarized key findings and gave recommendations for advancing corporate sustainability goals

- Researched key trends in ESG reporting, legislation, and future policy to help BCG clients navigate the complex sustainability reporting landscape. Compiled research on ESG standards across TCFD, SASB, GRI, and CDP into PowerPoints to give sustainability reporting recommendations to BCG clients- Designed and executed a supply chain planning transformation at a CPG juice company with >$2B in annual revenue, leading the initiative to create Sales & Operations Execution meetings and governance processes. These efforts generated cost savings of $30M from reduced waste and inventory levels - Built an inventory health management tool for a CPG juice company with >$2B in annual revenue using real-time SAP data analyzed in Excel. Delivered the tool to supply chain directors to support decision-making, allowing an inventory reduction of over 15% within 6 months while improving service metrics- Evaluated a major alcohol distributor’s customer data with Excel and Alteryx models to segment customers according to total volume, revenue, and products purchased to develop a strategy to save delivery costs. Launched the strategy with regional VPs to save $17M annually in total delivery costs- Constructed a strategy to rework a multi-billion dollar food distributor’s delivery network by servicing customers out of distribution centers closest to them to reduce total miles driven. Implemented the strategy in coordination with sales, logistics, and merchandizing to save $55M in yearly delivery costs- Created business cases through analyzing targeted KPIs and converting them to financial value for a supply chain transformation worth >$300M for an alcohol distributor with >$12B in annual revenue. Negotiated business cases with client finance VPs to align on value and acquire approval for each project

- Implemented sustainable procurement practices for the University of Pittsburgh’s food purchasing by analyzing procurement data and working with chefs to increase local, fair trade, and organic dietary options- Evaluated food purchasing data from the University of Pittsburgh to calculate yearly improvements in sustainable procurement against near-term and long-term targets- Calculated the University of Pittsburgh’s greenhouse gas emissions from their yearly food procurement, evaluating it against Net Zero targets and implementing strategies to create yearly reductions

- Researched and analyzed Pitt’s food purchasing - Prepared and finalized data to calculate Pitt’s Real Food percentage in the 2018-2019 school year- Analyzed Pitt’s food purchasing data to recommend sustainable purchasing habits
