As the Guidewire application owner, design, support, monitor and develop the technical components of our personal lines Guidewire implementation leveraging the platform and lessons learned from our commercial lines transformation project.

Overall program Technical Lead and application owner of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (Policy, Billing, Claims). Implemented commercial lines transformation project replacing legacy system with Guidewire along with all supporting ancillary system. Introduced Mulesoft integration platform and Docker based DevOps CI/CD architecture. Currently support and enhance the platform to enable the business to succeed and grow. Manage, support, and work with a team of Guidewire Configuration developers, including offshore consultants. Collaborate with other Technical Leads in Integration, Release Management, Portal, and Document Management on multidimensional system enhancements including InsurTech integrations.

Developed and supported proprietary insurance applications built on Java (J2EE), JavaScript, XML, WebServices (SOAP, XML over HTTP) DB2 & SQLServer. These include quote and binding self service portals for independent agencies, predictive models, rating, document generation, inquiry applications, and other supporting web services to integrate company's systems together.
