I was responsible for a project to calibrate the accuracy of a custom tool in Cochlear called the Q and frequency meter. The tool is used to measure the Quality factor and resonant frequency of a sound processor coil that is used as the wireless connection between the sound processor and the hearing implant. I learned to plan out my project, apply skills such as soldering micro components and using Altium software, did personal research on understanding the sound processor coil and consulted the team on topics beyond my understanding. I also presented this project twice, once to my team and once to whole company.

I worked as a motorcycle Postal Delivery Officer, that delivered letters and parcels in the Turramurra, St Ives area. I handled personal customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns as well as sorting and handling large volumes of parcels and letters. I worked in a vast multicultural team and learned how to interact with many different ethnical groups. And I also learned the discipline to start work early at 6:30am every Monday to Friday morning.
