I have over 15 years of experience working in procurement & supply chain. Currently, I work for Roxel UK Rocket Motors Limited as their Senior Buyer & Import Control lead, negotiating and establishing supply contracts, managing cost control and mitigating stakeholder risks through a collaborative approach with our major equipment providers and extensive supply chain partners. Another piece of my role at Roxel is leading the UK Import & Export compliance team for procured goods & materials, advising on applicable controls, licences, agreements & exemptions. Providing advanced visibility of possible future controls to our customers. Previously, I was a Buyer for L3-TRL Technology, where I was responsible for sourcing electronic components, electro-mechanical assemblies, and ancillaries. I was also involved as part of the SAP early integration team & data cleanse. Using SAP data & the meticulous analysis of it my category consistently achieved 100% on time delivery, helping L3-TRL reach SC21 silver award.When not wrapped up in goods control lists & out of work I love my mountain biking, no doubt you’ll find me either shredding through some of the finest forests in the UK! or stopped for cake and coffee... we all love cake right!?
