Successfully completed a highly rewarding twenty two year engagement in the Royal Navy. Rose through the ranks to become a highly experienced senior rate, managing a department, responsible for the safety and security of a military vessel and developing a team of junior rates. Instructed and coached a considerable number of students, of various levels of experiences and backgrounds. As a Divisional Senior I was also responsible for the well being and annual appraisals of many personnel under my charge.
