Matt is pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School, where he aims to deepen his knowledge and skills in business strategy, innovation, and leadership. He is passionate about leveraging technology to create value and solve complex problems for organizations and society.Previously, he was a technology consultant at PwC, specializing in ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and IT service management. He led and contributed to multiple projects involving ITSM SaaS configuration and implementation, IT asset and configuration management, knowledge and document management strategy, controls design and implementation, project management, operational readiness, and more. He also obtained several technical cloud certifications, including ITIL 4, to enhance his service management expertise.
