• Set up workstations for new and present employees; installing hardware, imaging Windows 10 Professional, installing software (e.g. Office 365, ESET Antivirus, Adobe Creative Suite) and mapping network drives/printers • Troubleshoot hardware/software problems• Refurbish old machines for re-use and upgrade hardware/software on in-service desktops and laptops• Run routine tasks and add extensibilty to website via ssh and sftp communications to a Linux (CentOS) webserver. • Design ads, flyers, coupons, social media posts, and email blasts for CRSA• Create and manage eCommerce website content and product listings• Manage CRSA's full Amazon inventory; create product listings, price changes and promotions• Analyze website user data using Google analytics to develop targeted marketing campaigns• Design and publish targeted marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and Social Media (Facebook posts and targeted ads, Instagram and Twitter)• Collaborate with web developers on website design and development on the Magento Community platform

-Investigate borrowers accounts and respond to credit corrections and validation of tradeline requests involving all four national consumer credit reporting agencies.-Answer phone calls for customer service call center -Address borrower’s questions/concerns about their account -Inform about the different repayment programs we offer -Advise on managing their student loan debt-Process borrower’s requests and applications
