As a full-time independent consultant since 2003, I provide programme management, senior PMO and business transformation services to a diverse portfolio of organisations. Led the deployment of first phase of digital remote business operating model, the first phase of transformation journey to support digital customer experience. Successfully transitioned all 16 regional markets to remote account management services, ensuring embedding and adoption of change by establishing and leading the ongoing engagement with Sales Directors.Led Agile sprint teams from requirements through to delivery of multi-language customer portal and CRM-integrated case management and automated workflow, including mobile app for “on-the-road” employees to capture customer interactions, review dashboards and newsfeeds, integrated with CRM.
