Leveraging multiple years of experience and education, I provide technology services to rural and small city clients in the East Texas area. Some of the services offered to clients:- Commercial drone photography/videography and Geographic Information System (GIS) services as a Part 107 FAA certified sUAS remote pilot. - Technical support for desktop and mobile devices such as printer installation, driver updates, computer hardware repair and software installation, following best practices for cybersecurity acquired during my time as Defense Security Service agency certified Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Hexagon Federal (Formerly Intergraph Government Solutions).- Wi-Fi network and cell phone booster installation including Starlink satellite internet consulting and installation.- Website design including domain name research, hosting and site development.- Videography and Photography, including post-production and custom analysis.- Smart TV setup, including setting up streaming services and optimizing device settings for each user.- Security camera setup including wi-fi and power-over-ethernet (POE) systems.

Leveraging nearly 20 years of military experience, I supported the Navy's Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) contract. I used the following applications within the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to provide content for this effort:-Photoshop: Using team standard Actions, I created and edited raster images, removed content via multiple techniques and used generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to quickly modify photographic compositions saving several hours of work per image.-Illustrator: Created and edited vector illustrations that replicated Navy equipment, aircraft and vessels. Using the Beta gen AI in Illustrator, I quickly created background vector layers for use in animations.-Animate: I created level-2 HTML5 web-based animations such as flow diagrams, aircraft operations and naval surface/subsurface operations through use of built-in Animate tools and imported raster and vector layers.-Premiere Pro: I edited and combined video clips, masked unwanted objects and applied appropriate transitions.On a daily basis, I collaborated through Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint with multiple team members throughout the Continental U.S. Work was tracked and managed through Atlassian Jira in an Agile environment. Work was conducted via the remote desktop application SplashTop.

- Develop level-3 interactive web-based courseware applications with Adobe Animate CC and Unity for U.S. Navy job ratings.- Write code and edit HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and C#.- Create and maintain Atlassian Jira tickets in an Agile production environment.- Photographed and filmed Navy equipment, aircraft and technical documents for the Aviation Ordnance rating training modules.

Accumulated nearly 650 flight hours including 40+ hours with binocular night vision goggles (NVGs) performing loadmaster aircrew duties aboard the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. This included deploying with the aircraft to CONUS and overseas locations, including hostile territories. Each mission required pre-mission load planning, aircraft pre-flight inspection, cargo and personnel loading, in-flight monitoring of aircraft systems and cargo, cargo and personnel offloading, aircraft post-flight inspection and forms completion, mission debriefing. Stateside non-flying duties including working in Standards and Evaluations to ensure squadron aircrew publications were current and deployment kits containing Air Force Instructions (AFI) and Technical Orders (T.O.) were maintained. On one occasion, I discovered an error with an electronic publication (E-Pub) before it was disseminated Wing-wide.
