Responsible for managing the revenue and cost elements of the P + L. Oversight of operations, sales, marketing, hiring and compliance.

As Senior Housing Manage I was responsible for the day to day operations of a 64 unit HUD housing program. Some of my responsibilities included: keeping a balanced budget, HUD paperwork, income and asset verification, building maintenance and upkeep, collecting rent, marketing, showing apartments and dealing with tenant issues.For the first time in its existence we were able to get the apartment complex fully occupied while I was managing. We also grew our waiting list from 0 to a positive number ensuring that we could keep the complex rented despite any quick departures.
