Embedding with the Quality of Life Unit addressing housing insecurity for justice involved residents in Indianapolis. Consulting to improve data operations for the unit. Conducting a stakeholder analysis to explore new or deepen existing partnerships. Creating new opportunities for philanthropic engagement alongside community partners.

I serve as an instructor at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IU Indianapolis. I primarily teach a course titled, "Understanding Policy Making" to undergraduate students. I am grateful to open doors and pass on a love for the policy making process to talented students who will be the next generation of leadership in Indianapolis.

While continuing my leadership role with Indy Achieves, now expanding my scope to run the Postsecondary Team within EmployIndy to coordinate postsecondary education and training into the larger workforce pipeline in Indianapolis.

I'm so proud to be asked by Mayor Joe Hogsett to lead this important initiative. I look forward to seeing Indy Achieves partner with many great people and organizations to close the gaps in educational attainment for Marion County.

I was the 11th Grade US History Teacher at Bartram High School in Southwest Philadelphia. I also coached the JV Boys Basketball team for two seasons.

I established a new program within the organization's umbrella that centered around a free basketball league for neighborhood children. I was responsible for fundraising, developing program, recruiting, training, coaching and designing curriculum among other things.
