I have a comprehensive background in quality assurance, data analysis, & continual processes improvement derived from organizing, conducting, & evaluating complex domestic & global operations. My career is supported by extensive specialized military training & professional certifications as well as an active Secret Clearance valid through Nov 2026. In my current position, I oversee all aspects of program management including: planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, closing, & capturing lessons learned. I contributed to the overall success of 14 programs valued at $22.7M by ensuring schedule, budget, deliverables & customers’ requirements & expectations are clearly identified, defined, & managed. My Program Management skills include development of Program Management Plan (PMP) artifacts including: Work Break Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Proposal/Kickoff/Technical Interchange Meeting/Minutes, Requirements Tracking, Resource Tracking, Risk Management Plan (RMP) & the relatively new Integrated Program Management Data & Analysis Report (IPMDAR). I thoroughly review all Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Statements of Work (SOW) & Performance Work Statements (PWS) for accuracy/completeness & identify/correct any discrepancies prior to on-time submission.
