Reporting the the Director of Operations, I am responsible for leading and developing the skills and service proposition of the Business Process Analysis Team in Business Change.Key Responsibilities.- Collaboratively engaging with stakeholders to prioritise Business Process Analysis activity..- Development of Business Process Analysis team members and the team service proposition.- Aiding in the development of the Business Change service proposition. - Supporting the delivery of Business Process Analysis within Business Change initiatives. - Provision of support to the wider change agenda at the University of Leeds.- Demonstrating personal and role model leadership in terms of focus, flexibility, motivation and professionalism.

Reporting to the Head of Business Change, I was responsible for providing process analytical support to the Head of Business change and Project Managers working on a range of strategic initiatives. I also support and lead on elements of the wider Business Change Service. Key Responsibilities- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to identify their needs in order to provide recommendations which will add value to their operation.- Identifying, analysing, and documenting ‘as-is’ business processes. - Applying various methodologies and techniques to design and deliver efficient, innovative and sustainable solutions. - Delivery of ‘to-be’ business process design to meet customer requirements.- Collaboratively engaging with colleagues at all levels to document and prioritise requirements.- Identifying and assessing the feasibility of alternative solutions to provide evidence based recommendations and improvement opportunities.- Sharing knowledge, experience and good practice through the coaching, mentoring and training of colleagues.

Supporting the operation by identifying efficiency, control & risk opportunities through a range of techniques including facilitated workshops, side-by-side observation and data analysis. My team and I then support the Process Owner in realising the identified opportunities.
