I have been working in the field of personal and organisation change for thick end of the last 30 years and my work is focused on enabling leaders, teams and organisations to change - improving and transforming their performance. My last period of employment was with KPMG one of the Big 4 global accounting and consulting firms, where I spent nine years in a variety of coaching, training and internally facing change consulting roles.I have worked with a wide range of leaders over the last decade and have a particular expertise in enabling them to convert change efforts into tangible results. For the last two years at KPMG Corporate Finance I led an organisation wide change programme (Impact to Win!) with the top two tiers of leaders, which focused on breaking through to new levels of personal and organisational performance. Head of a team of ten people providing a) a training and management & organisation development service to head office; b) a comprehensive training programme to enable new financial advisers to make a rapid start in their roles. This took place under the regulation of the Personal Investment Authority (now Financial Services Authority). Responsible for the development and implementation of a management development strategy, with the purpose of enabling managers to lead wide scale change and drive business improvements. This role was born during a Strategic Review project (1994) led by McKinsey & Co. As a consequence of this work, which I was involved with, after less than two years a sales force of 300 was producing more than the previous sales force of 900.
